Protocols and latest updates COVID-19

The hotel is operating normally by applying the preventive measures listed in the manual of this COVID-19 section.
The health and safety of our guests is our priority, below you will find important information regarding preventive measures, and the latest updates regarding any COVID-19 issues and what to expect at our hotel.

Hygiene and disinfection: Practices are implemented for the correct cleaning and disinfection of common areas through spraying and misting techniques and the use of products with optimal chemical levels; the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of frequently touched surfaces such as handles, handrails, desks, tables, elevator control panels, TV controls, telephones, switches, corridors, kitchen, terraces and areas of high concentration such as hallways, access and waiting areas, cooling system filters, among others, has been increased.

Control and order: The recommended hygiene practices (continuous and correct hand washing, sneeze etiquette, etc.) are clearly and visibly communicated on screens, in corridors and common areas. A distance of 1.5 meters is encouraged in waiting areas such as check in, check out, access to common areas, etc.

Common well-being: We have a proximity thermometer to take the temperature of employees, suppliers and guests, considering it safe and ideal 37.7°C. Antibacterial gel dispensers have been placed in common areas. There is also a medical service to assist possible cases of COVID-19. Guests and staff are required to wear masks at all times. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as glasses, gloves, and masks are being provided to all personnel.

Capacity and social distancing: Hotel occupancy is reduced as requested by the government of Guanajuato. The allocation of rooms is alternated in order to achieve the greatest possible distancing. The distribution of tables in our dining centers was rearranged to reduce the number of people and distribute the tables respecting the distance of 1.5 meters between table and chair back, each table with a capacity of no more than 4 people or by family groups.

Guests are our reason for being and our employees are the heart of the company. This is why we place particular emphasis on the knowledge and implementation of the new safety and hygiene protocols to all our staff and guests.
